So, In the past two days (that's 48 hours), I've only had 6 hours of sleep.
Yes. 6 hours. In two days.
The days before tidak tahu berapa jam sahaja juga tidur.
Hampir di tahap meroyan sekarang ye.
Tambah-tambah lagi lecture pagi tadi berkaitan dengan "Depression & Mania" haa lagi lah rasa gila meroyan, sebab rasa macam hampir semua symptoms orang depressed ada pada diri ini.
Ya. Itulah lumrah hidup orang belajar medicine.

Maknanya, adalah sangat helpful jika anda yang mahu menjadi doktor, perlu jangan ada habit last minute dan mesti bijak organize bila belajar ok.
Eh, sekejap. Sebenarnya mahu tulis entri tadi sabab benda lain.
I missed my elective practical class today because I over-napped while waiting for class (a 15 minute nap extended to 45 minutes), dan I decided to head home instead. Jadi sebelum ke rumah, teringat ada satu masalah yang betul-betul merunsingkan sejak kebelakangan ini.....
RAMBUT GUGUR :(
Recently it has been bad. Lagi-lagi masa mandi dan sikat rambut. Semakin bertambah rasa gila meroyan.
Sebab tiba-tiba teringat pasal benda ni before heading home I headed off to the pharmacy nearby my house. Pegi lah jumpa makcik pharmacy tu and so I told her about it and asked if there's anything I can do to reduce the severity of the condition.
Makcik: Hmmm. Have you been in a lot of stress lately?

Si rambut gugur: Err, not really....mmm we've been kind of having a number of exams since the past few weeks. So yea, I guess you could say so. And because of the amount of hair falling every time I shower and comb, it adds up more to the stress.
Makcik: Well then. There's nothing you can do. It's because of the stress really.
Si rambut gugur: ................Nothing? :'(
Rasanya makcik tu rasa kesian tengok saya hampir diambang menitiskan air mata masa cakap "I don't want to be bald before even reaching 25" makanya dia pun pegi lah carikan saya supplemement for hair.
Mungkin sebenarnya dia cari untuk pujuk saya supaya tidak bersedih.
